About MedMe Health

Pharmacy is the most under-used care setting in Canada.

We are building the platform that fixes it. Pharmacy-specific EHR, AI-drafted SOAP notes, and clinical workflows, built around the work pharmacists already do.

Our Mission

Help pharmacy do the clinical
work it's trained to do.

The Canadian pharmacy workforce already does counseling, immunization administration, chronic-care follow-up, transitions-of-care, and adherence monitoring. Most of it never makes it into a structured clinical record.

The reason is not clinical capability. It is documentation and workflow infrastructure built for medical groups, not for community pharmacy.

MedMe ships the missing layer: an EHR pharmacists want to use, an AI scribe that drafts the note, and clinical workflows that keep each encounter documented and complete. One platform, no switching between systems.

Our Journey

Six years building
for pharmacy.

From a Toronto COVID immunization-rollout pivot to a North American pharmacy platform powering thousands of stores. Four moments that defined how we built and who we built for.

2020

Founded

Started in Toronto by Nick Hui and Purya Sarmadi after the COVID immunization rollout exposed how little clinical software pharmacy had.

2022

Beyond Vaccines

COVID rollouts proved pharmacies could deliver care at scale. We expanded the platform beyond vaccinations into scheduling, intake, documentation, and follow-ups for everyday clinical services.

2024

US Expansion

MedMe entered the US market, bringing the AI Scribe and clinical services platform to US community pharmacies.

2026

Today

12M+ patients managed, 4,500+ pharmacies enrolled. Now serving independents, regional chains, top-100 systems, and network partners.

What We Believe

The opinions
we build into the product.

Four operating principles that show up in every PRD, every quarterly roadmap, and every customer call. They are why the platform looks the way it does.

01

Workflow first, features second

The pharmacist's hour is the most expensive resource in the building. Every feature pays its rent in minutes saved per encounter, or it does not ship.

02

Clinical scope is a growth strategy

Expanded scope already covers the services pharmacy is delivering. The job is to make the workflow trivial, not to convince pharmacists to do new clinical work.

03

Independents matter

Most clinical pharmacy platforms target chains. We start with the 60% of Canadian retail pharmacy that is independent, because that is where community care happens.

04

Operators set the roadmap

Every quarter, top-decile customer operators tell us what is broken. We ship against their list. Our PRDs come from the field.
