Attract and retain members
Offer your members unmatched access to an all-in-one, AI-enabled platform that helps pharmacies get reimbursed, run more successful businesses, and scale their clinical service offerings with minimal additional headcount.
MedMe helps turn expanded scope into everyday practice. We work with your association to equip members with an all-in-one, AI-enabled platform that gives them the workflows, clinical tools, documentation support, and billing capabilities they need to launch clinical services, operate with confidence, and get reimbursed for the care they are now able to provide as clinicians.
Associations are in two businesses at once: attracting and retaining the members who pay your dues, and advancing pharmacy advocacy with policymakers and payers. MedMe is built to support both, with an all-in-one platform members can rally around and outcomes data your team can take to the table.
Offer your members unmatched access to an all-in-one, AI-enabled platform that helps pharmacies get reimbursed, run more successful businesses, and scale their clinical service offerings with minimal additional headcount.
Surface billing and clinical-service data your team can share with legislators and policymakers to demonstrate the impact of pharmacist-delivered care, and with payers to advance pharmacist reimbursement models.
We work alongside your team to configure custom workflows aligned to statewide protocols, making clinical knowledge accessible to pharmacies at the point of care.
The North Carolina Association of Pharmacists is partnering with MedMe to support North Carolina community pharmacies as they expand pharmacist-provided clinical services under statewide protocols. A working blueprint for how association partnerships can move from policy to operations.
A focused cohort of North Carolina pharmacies, helping the Association and MedMe evaluate workflows, billing readiness, and operational impact as pharmacist scope of practice continues to expand across the state.
Pilot Services
NC Medicaid opened enrollment for pharmacists to bill medical claims under the Self-Administered Hormonal Contraceptive Protocol beginning January 2024.
NC Medicaid added clinical-service reimbursement for pharmacies using the statewide NRT protocol effective August 1, 2024.
Legal authority is defined with an October 1, 2025 effective timeline and a required standing order. During the pilot, services can be supported as cash pay while reimbursement operationalizes.
Member benefits are structured around the four things that move clinical services from on-paper authority to in-practice revenue: protocol-aligned workflows, medical billing support, ROI clarity, and association-discounted pricing.
State protocol-aligned intake, consent, and documentation flows so each clinical service is captured the way the protocol expects.
Medicaid medical billing where reimbursement is active, with claim quality checks and submission tracking built into the service workflow.
An ROI calculator tuned to each state's reimbursement environment, so members can estimate impact by service volume before they ramp up.
Discounted subscription plus reduced billing fees compared to typical rates, alongside scheduled check-ins to capture outcomes and refine workflows.
Once members are live with clinical services, marketing them is the next hurdle. The MedMe platform ships with the service-marketing tools your members need to find patients and bring them through the door, built into the same workflow they use to book and document the visit.
Member pharmacies surface directly in Google Search and Maps. Patients book a clinical service straight from the listing into the pharmacy's MedMe calendar.
Targeted patient-outreach campaigns from the same place pharmacies run booking and documentation. Send flu-season reminders, MTM follow-ups, and adherence nudges in a few clicks.
Print-ready posters, shelf-talkers, and counter handouts for every clinical service your members offer. Co-branded with the association when partnerships call for it.
Voice and chat campaigns that book the appointment, not just remind about it. Pair Reserve with Google with outbound calls for end-to-end demand generation.
Every association pilot follows the same three-phase structure: stand it up, optimize it, then bring outcomes back to the table. Designed so leadership has decision-ready insights before the pilot window closes.
Month 01
Pilot pharmacies launch services and begin delivering appointments through MedMe workflows. Onboarding, training, and protocol configuration land in the first month.
Months 02 to 03
Track utilization, claim submission performance, and pharmacy feedback. Optimize workflows, documentation, and billing rules to improve results across the cohort.
Month 04
Consolidate outcomes and ROI insights, then align with the association on next steps for scaling services and onboarding additional sites across the state.
A 30-minute conversation with our partnerships team. We will scope a pilot cohort, walk through the protocols your members are ready to launch, and outline the outcomes structure your association would receive.
